Petrofac appoints new global head of Emergency Response & Crisis Management

Petrofac, the international oil & gas facilities service provider, announces that David Evans has joined Petrofac Training Services as the global head of emergency response & crisis management (ERCM).

Evans will be responsible for growing the business in the MEACA, Americas and Asia Pacific regions, in terms of new service lines and new clients.

Before joining Petrofac, David had been managing director of Link Associates International, part of the US Seacor Group since 2001, having joined the company in 1991. A recognised expert in crisis management, David brings with him an extensive knowledge of risk management across the sector.

The appointment comes in response to increased demand for services across the spectrum of operational and enterprise risks.
